For Lump Sum, you do both. 50% down books your spot and shows you're serious. Contract locks scope so you don't get "can you add a shop?" for free later. The other 50% is due when it's finished, before it goes live. For Monthly, it's $0 upfront to book — you just sign the contract. $150/mo starts after launch. Cancel early? Pay the remaining balance and you keep everything.

What does the contract include?

Scope (3 pages, pure HTML/CSS, 100/100), 2 revisions, timeline (7-14 days after content), payment terms, who owns domain/hosting, what "unlimited edits" means (small changes, not redesigns).

Why $25/mo hosting on lump sum?

HTML/CSS sites cost almost $0 to host on Cloudflare or Netlify, but $25 covers small edits + support. Or you can take the files and host yourself for free. Your choice.

What if I need more than 3 pages?

$100 per page after 3. So a 1-page portfolio like therobertmeeks.com style is $1200, a 5-page small business site is $1400.

Do you still do WordPress + Elementor?

Yes, when it fits. If you need a blog or client needs to edit daily, I'll still use WordPress + Elementor (like I did for Robert and James). But pure HTML/CSS is default for speed.
